How to Order

1. Our website is super simple to navigate, browse our collection, choose an item/s in your favourite colour and size. 

2. Click 'Add To Cart' 

3. A screen on the right will pop up showing you that the iitem has been added to your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. 

4. Once you are ready to checkout, click 'Checkout' and fill out the contact information and shipping form.

5. You can then choose to save your information for next time and then click 'Continue to Shipping'

6. Select your required shipping method and then click 'Continue to Payment'

7. 

Secure Payment

We accept Visa, VisaDebit, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Mastercard Debit and Maestro. The payment is charged once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount then the one approved by you. 

Payment is processed via Shopify and SPY systems through a Nets approved and certified secure payment solution.

All payments will be processed in GBP.

Delivery and Returns

We have free UK delivery on all orders over £40 with Royal Mail

You will be notified of a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Returns

Returns

We are happy to process returns on any items that have not been used within 14 days of being shipped and that are in the original Snugs packaging including the original tags. 

- Please contact us on care@snugsbaby.com with a short description on why you would like to return the items and we will send you over the returns form. 

 

Faulty Returns 

Before our items leave our care, they undergo quality control checks so that when they arrive to you, they are ready to get to use. However, if by an unfortunate mistake, the items arrive faulty we are happy to return or exchange them for you within 30 days of the items being shipped. 

- Please contact us at care@snugsbaby.com with detailed images and description of the faulty items and we will send you the return form.

- All items must be returned new, unused and in original Snugs packaging -

 

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or colour, please place a new order and contact us to return the items you wish to exchange.

Refund

When we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel.
